Who we are
CrediLens is a product of BaseWorks (baseworks.in), based in India. This policy explains what data we collect when you use credilens.baseworks.in and how we handle it. If you have questions, write to aravind@baseworks.in.
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information. First, basic analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through standard analytics tooling so we can understand which content is useful. Second, information you share with us directly: your name, email address, and phone number when you request a demo or contact us. We do not ask for or store your bank login credentials, and you should never share them with us.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiries, schedule and conduct demos, improve our content and product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.
Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to systems that hold personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic analytics and to remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some site features.
Your rights
